Refund policy

 

We want you to feel confident in your purchase with BRAVO HEALTH, INC.. While we take great care to ensure quality, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy explains our return and refund process.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@bravoinhealth.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and provide a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products (including special orders), and personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way to proceed is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the product you want.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@bravoinhealth.com.
